2008 will be an exciting year for Sounds of Progress.

Work will soon begin on building a recording studio and office space at 73-77 Trongate. From this base, we will be able to hold our workshops and record our bands in-house.

There will also be a first floor rehearsal space which Sounds of Progress will sub-let to arts organizations for rehearsal/workshop space. The second phase of the construction project will see a lift being installed to the first floor.

A co-production with TAG Theatre Company will be the first tour of the year, beginning rehearsals in April. The play will be Liar, written by Davey Anderson.

In the Autumn there will be a Sounds of Progress production at Oran Mor, Spasticus written by Garry Robson.
